To assist with their first episode broadcast on local Hawaii cable channel OC16, Big Island Living TV contracted us to film and edit their "Celebrity Chef Tour" segment featuring touring chefs Jonathan Waxman, Michael Symon, Mixologist Manny Hinojosa, and Mauna Lani Senior Chef Sandy Tuason. 

Due to last minute details, the production set didn't have a Production Coordinator or seasoned Director. Usually this dilemma would shut down the production of this limited time opportunity however our technical engineer was quick on his feet and offered additional skill sets that overcame these issues of the day and kept the production going. 

The original video, seen here, was eventually re-cut to fit OC16 programming regulations and was aired March 4th, 2011.
